Regional Training Centers (RTC) exist as a strategic Hub to develop holistic, God-class Transformational Indegioneous leaders for the Church and community so that every Man, Women, Boy & Girl will have an Opportunity to hear, understand & respond to the gospel and be discipled into the community of believers.
Informal Training
Informal training is the key training involved in the ministry through training centers. We train pastors and leaders strategically according to their context. We call it as contextual training which has greater impact in saturating church planting. Most of the trainings are paused due to unavailability of resource personnel.
Non-formal training
The non-formal training is committed to equip the grass root level pastors and missionaries to mobilize them for disciple making. We use oral learning method of teaching.
Formal Training
Formal training is designed in a way that aids all the pastors and leaders who are already engaged in their ministry to have an opportunity to study the word of God in-depth. We provide the Bachelor level, Master level and the Doctorate level theological courses in our centers. The graduates who studied these courses are having good and successful ministry.
