Leadership Development

In-Formal

Our Informal Training program involves casting vision, mobilizing prayer, and equipping pastors to mobilize God’s Church to disciple the nation through saturation church planting.

Non-Formal

The non-formal training spans for a period of 7 years through a combination of classroom training and on field experience. People are trained first as evangelists, then as disciple makers, then as church planters, and finally as pastors.

Formal

The formal theological training program aims at developing competency in Biblical languages for sound exposition of the Word. Our goal is to train God- class leaders in understanding and applying the Word of God, so they can take this knowledge and influence the Church and the world.

Cross Culture

India has 4,693 ethnically distinct people groups of which about 50% of them still remain unreached. The purpose of our cross cultural missionary training is to equip national missionaries to develop effective church planting movements among the unreached people groups.

Church Planting & Mobilization

The purpose of the Church planting movement is to equip and empower evangelists, church planters, rural pastors and cross cultural missionaries through non-formal training programs, enabling them to disciple the unreached and plant churches where no church exists.

To create a fun loving environment that will provide an alternative for children that are part of the labor force both in slums and villages of India and give them an opportunity to build a strong educational foundation for a better future as transformational leaders.

Kinder Kare

To provide a safe, fun loving and learning environment for every child of the emerging generation in cutting edge contexts, where they will be equipped with knowledge, skills, values to be creative and adapt to the social, emotional, physical and spiritual realities of their generation.

School

To build an environment that will lay a deep foundation in every child attending the school the best knowledge, skills, and values so the God- given abilities in each of them are developed to make them God-class transformational leaders to serve their community and nation in the next generation.

Relief & Rehabilation

The overall strategic plan of HBI falls into five "R's"--

Relief, Rehabilitation, Restoration, Rebuilding and Regeneration.

The initial effort is to do relief by responding to the crisis to meet the immediate needs that will help begin the process of rehabilitation. The Rehabilitation stage involves five basic dynamics of Physical, emotional, economical, spiritual and domestic rehabilitation. In the Restoration stage, we bring them back to where they were to start Rebuilding stage. At this stage people are ministered individually to help them gain confidence to face life’s reality again
