CMCT department exists to mobilize and envision God’s people for saturation Church planting and equipping them to become transformational leaders, who can disciple the whole nation, with a vision of building an indigenous God – class transformational worshiping community.

Women Training
The women’s training is more focused, to make them understand the purpose of their living and the women’s role in the local Church, family and community.
To enhance the vision, the Trainer of Trainers (TOT) for women program is also conducted to equip the women leaders from each state to become the facilitators, who in turn will train women in several churches and create vibrant women’s movement in every local church to be involved in Evangelism, Discipleship and Church Planting.
Purpose
Trainer of Trainers (TOT) envision women with the importance of women’s role, for fulfilling the Great Commission and to equip them with skills to develop necessary methods, to organize women development program through the local church so that they will be able to train others to reach the unreached and transform communities in India
Vision
To mobilize a minimum of 1000 women in every state and to see Cell groups in each districts of India; So that, there is a team that continues to train women in these place; to learn, to witness and to raise local women leaders that worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.

Regional Training Center
Regional Training Centers (RTC) exist as a strategic Hub to develop holistic, God-class Transformational Indegioneous leaders for the Church and community so that every Man, Women, Boy & Girl will have an Opportunity to hear, understand & respond to the gospel and be discipled into the community of believers.

FORMAL TRAINING
Formal training is designed in a way that aids all the pastors and leaders who are already engaged in their ministry to have an opportunity to study the word of God in-depth. We provide the Bachelor level, Master level and the Doctorate level theological courses in our centers.
INFORMAL TRAINING
Informal training is the key training involved in the ministry through training centers. We train pastors and leaders strategically according to their context. We call it as contextual training which has greater impact in saturating church planting. Most of the trainings are paused due to unavailability of resource personnel.
NON-FORMAL TRAINING
The non-formal training is committed to equip the grass root level pastors and missionaries to mobilize them for disciple making. We use oral learning method of teaching.
